Insurance

We are happy to bill your insurance for you.  However, we will not be held responsible if your insurance does not pay.  Your dental insurance is a relationship between you and your insurance company. We will give you an Estimate of what your plan might cover, and as a courtesy to you, we will submit the claim for you.  You will be responsible for your estimated co-payment at the time the services are rendered.  Once we receive payment from your insurance company, any balance remaining will be your sole responsibility.  Dealing with insurances can be very challenging for us and you as well.
